FAQs
Clarity first.
Then the next step.

Working together and getting started
How do we know whether you can help?
We start with a specific situation: what recurs, who handles it, where the materials are and what you want to change. We recommend a suitable scope or tell you if further work would not make sense.
Do we need a finished brief?
No. We help refine it. Before paid implementation, we agree the result, boundaries, involvement, price and acceptance.
How much of the business needs to be described?
We recommend starting with one bounded area: a workflow, the rules of a service or knowledge needed for onboarding.
How much time will our team need?
It depends on scope and the state of the material. We agree interviews and ongoing reviews in advance. A domain owner who can decide content questions is essential.
How is the price determined?
By the scope of knowledge, material, interviews, verification and integrations required. Assessment, project work, knowledge stewardship and technical operations may be separate items.
Do we have to continue after the first step?
No. Each agreed step has its own output. You decide on the next stage based on the result and your readiness to continue.
Knowledge and deliverables
What does a knowledge model mean?
A clear description of your area of work: terms, people and roles, processes, rules, relationships and outputs. We link important parts to sources and mark open questions.
Is organising documents into folders enough?
That can help people find their way. Work often also requires clear meanings, exceptions and rule priorities. Those may not be apparent from a file name or folder.
Who confirms that the rules are correct?
Your appointed domain owner. We help capture, clarify and connect content and verify its use. We do not present unconfirmed claims as approved rules.
What if source material conflicts?
We flag the conflict and prepare a question for the authorised owner. Together, you decide which rule applies and whether other material needs updating.
What happens when a rule changes?
The agreed process creates or identifies a new version, defines its validity and retests affected scenarios. Change management is part of the agreed scope.
Can we receive outputs outside your application?
We agree human-readable outputs and required exports. We define and test specific formats and the extent of portability for your use.
AI, tools and technology
Do we have to use AI?
No. The result can help people with work, onboarding and handover. Preparing memory or connecting an agent is a separate option.
Do we need to replace Microsoft 365 or other tools?
We first assess your tools and connection options. We propose changing technology for a specific need, not as a mandatory first step.
What are bigRing and Intelligencer?
bigRing is our modelling method and language. Intelligencer is the environment for managing and using knowledge; CausalMemory supports memory, versions, provenance and retrieval. We verify the specific capabilities for your task.
Do you guarantee that AI will stop making mistakes?
No. Organised and verified sources can help, but results also depend on context selection, the model, tools and controls. We use specific test scenarios and agreed human review.
Can an agent change our data on its own?
Only within the agreed and technically permitted scope. Access to knowledge is not automatic permission to write. We separate proposal, approval and execution.
Will you use our material to train models?
Training models on your material is not part of the service. Any special use requires written agreement. We review external services’ processing and retention terms in advance.

First step
What else would you like to know?
Ask about practical conditions, your involvement and technical limits too. It is best to clarify them at the start.
Discuss one area of work
First, we clarify your needs and a suitable scope.
