Trust and data

Your knowledge.
Clear rules for working together.

Trust grows when you know what we work with, how we use it and who can decide on changes or actions.

  1. Purpose and scope before access to material. We agree which sources are needed, their purpose and who may provide access. Do not send sensitive or client data for the first conversation.
  2. Only the access needed.Permissions for people, agents and integrations must match the task. Knowing a rule does not itself grant permission to act.
  3. Content has a domain owner. We distinguish supported material, experience, proposals and open questions. An appointed, authorised person decides disputed rules.
  4. Changes should be traceable. For the agreed use, we retain provenance, versions and approval information. Recording and retention scope are confirmed for the deployment.
  5. No training without a separate agreement.Using client material to train models is not part of the service. Special use requires written agreement. We review external providers’ processing and retention terms in advance.
  6. Operations based on actual requirements.Data location, external services, backups, recovery and ending the engagement are defined for each deployment. Choosing a cloud does not replace an agreement on data processing.

This website

You stay in control
of your enquiry.

Contact is straightforward by email. Write directly or first prepare a short brief.

What the contact guide does

Your entries stay in the open page. The guide prepares text you can review, copy or open in your email application. You send the email yourself.

The site uses no cookies, advertising tracking, analytics scripts or sign-in. Only language and theme preferences are saved in browser localStorage. Without a theme preference, the system setting applies. Language follows an explicit link, the saved choice, a supported browser language and finally the default, Slovak. This does not alter your draft, which stays only in the open page. Reloading loses the draft. Technical hosting logs and email handling depend on the actual operation. Once your email arrives, we use the contact details and information to handle your enquiry. Switching language in the contact guide keeps your entries in the open page; we do not translate your own text.

Questions about material and data processing can be sent to karol@5reasons.services.
