5Reasons services

From one area of work to usable know-how.

Each service has an agreed scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria. Start with an assessment or choose the step you need with us.

SERVICE / 01

Assessment of one area of work

For teams facing recurring uncertainty who need to identify the right first step.

Discuss this service
What we do together
We review one recurring task, its materials and expert explanations. We identify conflicts, missing information and the boundaries of further work.
What you receive
A concise map of the area of work, sources and open questions, with a recommendation to proceed, narrow the scope or defer the work.
Your involvement
You appoint a domain owner, provide the agreed material and explain selected situations.
How we verify the result
The owner understands the findings. Important findings have a source or clearly marked uncertainty. The next step has a proposed scope.
Service boundaries
No automatic commitment to implement a project, migrate the whole organisation or introduce AI.
SERVICE / 02

Organising and verifying know-how

For teams whose rules and experience are scattered or contradictory.

Discuss this service
What we do together
We align terms, capture rules and exceptions, and link them to sources. We resolve unclear meanings with the domain owner.
What you receive
A glossary, a map of relationships, rules and exceptions, sources and open questions, practical examples and an update process in the agreed format.
Your involvement
Your expert reviews the meaning throughout and decides disputed cases.
How we verify the result
The intended user can read, correct and use the guidance for the agreed task. Unresolved questions remain visible.
Service boundaries
The scope is one agreed area of work. Capturing a person’s entire expertise is not a promise of the service.
SERVICE / 03

Preparing memory and context for AI

For teams with a specific AI task that needs their own rules and source material.

Discuss this service
What we do together
We select relevant material that may be used, prepare it for the chosen tool, and test responses when information is missing or sources conflict.
What you receive
An agreed context package or configured knowledge space (brain), usage guidance, test questions and results with their limitations.
Your involvement
You confirm the sources, purpose, access, provider/model and criteria for a correct answer.
How we verify the result
We assess the agreed questions, including ambiguous requests and missing answers. We record the human review required.
Service boundaries
Memory and written rules do not themselves grant permission to take actions. We verify the specific connection and availability; we do not promise error-free AI.
SERVICE / 04

Bringing knowledge into team workflows

For teams that want to use prepared knowledge in a specific activity.

Discuss this service
What we do together
We prepare the agreed workflow, interface and connections. We test access, approvals, error handling and handover to users.
What you receive
One agreed workflow in the specified environment, documentation, training and a record of user validation.
Your involvement
The administrator provides the necessary access and technical information; users carry out the agreed tests.
How we verify the result
A user completes the agreed task and checks the saved result. We also test rejection of unauthorised actions and agreed error scenarios.
Service boundaries
A pilot is not automatically full production operation. Integration scope, price and operating conditions are agreed separately.
SERVICE / 05

Maintaining and developing knowledge

For teams whose rules, materials or use of knowledge are changing.

Discuss this service
What we do together
We agree how changes are reported, reviewed, approved and implemented, and how affected scenarios are tested again.
What you receive
Agreed updates, a change log, a new version and a validation record with open questions.
Your involvement
The owner reports changes, provides material and approves domain content.
How we verify the result
Commissioned changes are implemented and verified. The current version, its owner and remaining limitations are clear.
Service boundaries
Scope, frequency and price are agreed. Hosting, operational support and response times are not automatically included in knowledge stewardship.

Scope and price

Know what you are paying for and where the agreed step ends.

We prepare a proposal around one specific area of work, available material and the involvement needed from you.

Assessment and project

Each step has agreed deliverables, boundaries, price and acceptance. Depending on scope, the knowledge blueprint forms part of the assessment or project. You approve each further stage separately.

Ongoing knowledge stewardship

A retainer makes sense where knowledge changes regularly. Otherwise, we can agree individual updates.

Technical operations

Hosting, models, backups and operational support have separately agreed scope, costs and responsibilities. They are not automatically included in knowledge stewardship.

First step

Not sure which step you need?

Describe one situation. Together, we establish whether an assessment, organised know-how or integration into work would help.

Discuss one area of work

First, we clarify your needs and a suitable scope.
