Rights are only real if you can exercise them.

This page explains your GDPR rights and how to send us a verifiable request.

1) Your GDPR rights

Depending on the context and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data (Art. 15)
  • Rectification (correct inaccurate data) (Art. 16)
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • Data portability for data you provided (Art. 20)
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3))

2) How to exercise your rights

Send a request via /services/start/. To help us verify and process it efficiently, include:

  • Which right you want to exercise (access / deletion / correction / etc.)
  • Which data or interaction you’re referring to (e.g., a specific inquiry)
  • An email address we can respond to

We may ask for additional information to verify identity and prevent unauthorized access.

Where required, we rely on consent for analytics cookies/identifiers. You can accept or reject analytics when the consent banner appears.

If you previously consented and want to withdraw it, you can clear site data in your browser.

4) Complaints

If you believe our processing violates data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
